Composition

Each uncoated bilayer tablet contains Glimepiride 1mg & Metformin (as prolonged release) 500mg
Each uncoated bilayer tablet contains Glimepiride 2mg & Metformin (as prolonged release) 500mg

Dosage

Shalgli M is to be administered once per day during breakfast or the first main meal. Maximum dose: The highest recommended dose per day should be 6mg of glimepiride and 2000mg of metformin. In order to avoid hypoglycemia, the starting dose of Shalgli M should not exceed the daily doses of glimepiride or metformin already being taken.
